Netaji Chatra Yuba Sangstha (NCYS) is a registered non-governmental, socio-cultural, and development organization inspired by the ideals of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Established on 3rd September 2000, NCYS is committed to fostering inclusive growth, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development across Assam, Tripura, and the Barak Valley. The organization is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 (Registration No. RS-/CA/243/F/116 of 2008) and is recognized under NGO Darpan, NITI Aayog, Government of India (Unique ID: AS/2020/0268073).
